Finance Business Partner

About the Opportunity

Inclusion Melbourne has an immediate opportunity for a month on month contract Finance professional to undertake all finance operations for our business based at our head office in Armadale. This role compliments the Finance Officer and Executive Finance position.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in accounting/financial management roles, including, developing costings, formulating and monitoring budgets, financial reporting, payroll, taxation, asset and capital management and governance.
  • A genuine interest in, and commitment to Inclusion Melbourne’s vision, mission and values of integrity, potential, individuality and relationships and the organisations strategic directions
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce/Finance
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check;
  • CA/CPA/ACMA professional qualifications
  • Compliance with Victorian government Vaccination Mandate;
  • Current driver’s license and access to a roadworthy insured vehicle.

 Knowledge and Experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:

  • Experience in HR3 payroll, Brevity CRM software or similar industry standard software products
  • Previous experience in the community/social services industry including NDIS
  • Working knowledge of the SCHADs award interpretation
  • Understanding of grant funding acquittal process and the application of AASB15
  • Experience in MYOB-Account Right and Xero

Working Arrangements

Working hours to include 5 hours Monday, Wednesday and Friday and a flexible 6 hours split across Tuesday and Thursday.
