What qualities are we looking for in volunteers?
Are you friendly, responsive, reliable and interested in supporting an adult with an intellectual disability or elderly person for the long term?
Then we’d love to hear from you, as there is something for everyone, regardless of experience or qualifications! Your individual attributes are important to us.
Join the Inclusion Melbourne Community Support team as a Volunteer
The ability to freely provide time and energy to assist someone to enjoy a good life is often the greatest gift a person can give. Volunteers are the true heart of Inclusion Melbourne!
Inclusion Melbourne supports people and in turn seeks volunteers from a diverse range of backgrounds, and from many localities. We carefully screen and match our volunteers with the people we support. It’s a two way relationship.
Volunteers can become involved in our Leisure Buddies service, Community Visitor Program, or as Tutors supporting students who are learning in our RTO classrooms.
Depending on your area of interest, locality and availability we will endeavour to find the role that best suits you and complements your life.
