Inclusion Melbourne has a high quality conference and training room available for hire, with special rates for not-for-profit groups. If you are interested in hiring our training room for your next meeting, event or workshop, and would like to arrange a viewing of the facilities, please complete the form at the bottom of the page.
Gawith Training Room
With a separate Entrance, the Gawith Training Room is a private space for your next event.
It is presented in a boardroom layout suitable for up to 22 people. It can also be arranged in a variety of seating configurations, such as U-Shape, Theater Style and Classroom, all of which can accommodate various amounts of people depending on your required style. Our brochure details the room capacity for each set up style.

Catering
Tea, coffee and assorted biscuits can be provided for a nominal charge. Hirers are welcome to bring their own catering or arrange for delivery of catering at the venue. We can recommend a number of local caterers should you require, however organisation of catering and clean-up is the responsibility of the hirer.

Click here to download our brochure which includes pricing schedule Note: Inclusion Melbourne is able to offer competitive rates because we are not a function facility and therefore do not offer the services of function staff. The onus is on the hirer to co-ordinate the day’s events. The hirer is responsible for leaving the rooms clean and tidy. This includes: placing all rubbish in bins provided; removing all signs and decorations; leaving kitchen and room in a tidy state.
A Cleaning fee may apply if the room is not left in a satisfactory standard.
How to Book
Complete the form below and we will get in contact with you to discuss availability. We are happy to conduct private viewings if you would like to inspect the room in person. Prior to an event, we require an application form to be completed, terms and conditions to be agreed to and a bond to be paid. All documentation will be provided to the hirer prior to the booking date.
