Project Manager – Information & Communication Technology
About the Opportunity
Inclusion Melbourne is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead key organisational projects that drive inclusion, innovation, and improvement in the disability support sector. You will work across teams to plan, execute, and deliver outcomes aligned with our strategic priorities, while using person-centred approaches and inclusive practices.
You will:
- Lead cross-functional projects in service improvement and system implementation
- Use project management tools to track progress and deliver outcomes efficiently
- Drive sustainable, person-centred innovations in disability service delivery
What we are looking for
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects in the community services or NDIS environment
- High-level organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to present to a range of audiences
- Understanding of inclusive practices and human rights-based approaches
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in project management and IT, or a related field
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Compliance with Inclusion Melbourne’s Vaccination Mandate
- Current driver’s license and access to a roadworthy, insured vehicle

Working Arrangements
This role is based at our head office in Armadale, with flexibility to work from home by arrangement. It is offered currently as a part-time position (three days per week)
