Head of Services and Development

About the Opportunity

Inclusion Melbourne is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Services and Development to lead and shape our client-facing services, including Direct Support, Community Support, Support Coordination, and Education & Training. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is pivotal in ensuring financial sustainability, service growth, and innovation across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to:

  • Oversee and strengthen service delivery departments with a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
  • Drive business development and strategic partnerships to grow Inclusion Melbourne’s brand and impact.
  • Provide high-level financial and operational leadership to ensure sustainability and growth.
  • Lead and support diverse teams to achieve Inclusion Melbourne’s vision of people living fulfilling, inclusive lives.
What we are looking for

We are seeking a values-driven leader with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in management, human or social services (or equivalent).
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a senior operational leadership role.
  • Strong financial management skills, including experience with complex budgets and multiple income streams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Proven business development, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
  • Experience in the NDIS or similar service environment.
  • Victorian driver’s licence and willingness to undergo NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Working Arrangements

Location: Head Office in Camberwell, with hybrid flexibility.
