What is a Direct Support Professional (DSP)?
A Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Inclusion Melbourne works one-on-one with people to help them live independently, build skills, and take part in their community with dignity and respect. Each DSP is carefully matched with the right person based on their goals, preferences, required skills and support needs—ensuring a personalised and empowering experience. All DSPs receive ongoing training in person-centred approaches to deliver high-quality, respectful, and effective support.
