disability in the community. We offer a range of courses to meet the needs of our community.

Work Link Program

Brief:

This program combines education, skills development and practical workplace experience growing your confidence and employment-ready skills.

Course Overview:

Learn targeted skills for certain vocations with our unique program that combines face-to-face learning and practical workplace experience, allowing you to achieve greater independence and sustainable paid employment.
Course examples:
  1. Creative Industries and Administration-digital media, web design, photography, administration and MS office
  2. Beauty Industries- hair dressing, tanning, makeup and nails
At the end of these programs, you will also receive qualifications in:
  1. Certificate I in Transition Education (22556VIC) – This certificate supports learners with learning barriers and/or intellectual or cognitive disabilities to become active participants in the community and to explore suitable options for employment.
  2. Certificate I in Work Education (22566VIC) – This certificate supports individuals to improve their employability and work readiness. The course supports participants to develop essential workplace skills that strengthen employment readiness and build their capacity to contribute confidently and effectively in the workplace.
  • Duration: 10 to 12 months, 4 days a week, 9:00am – 3:00pm
  • Location: 2 days face-to-face learning, 2 days practical workplace experience
