Inclusion Training is focused on delivering education and training to support the inclusion of people with a
disability in the community. We offer a range of courses to meet the needs of our community.

Community Education

Brief:

Our pre-accredited programs are designed for students with intellectual and cognitive disabilities who want to prepare for further education or work. These programs allow students to learn foundational literacy and numeracy skills while connecting with others.

Course Overview:

Our current non-accredited programs include:

1. Employable Me & Job Readiness (20 weeks, every Friday, in our Camberwell Office)

These programs help you discover your strengths, interests, and skills as a future employee. You’ll explore possible job opportunities or further study pathways, while building key work-readiness skills like creating a resume and preparing for interviews.

 

2. Community Services for Literacy and Numeracy, (20 weeks, every Tuesday in our Camberwell Office)

This program helps learners understand community service and the vocabulary used in this field. It also aims to build confidence to take part in community service activities, whether through paid work or volunteering.

 

3. Digital Skills 1 and 2 (Enrolments open, program is commencing)

These programs support you in growing your digital confidence both for everyday activities and for work. You’ll learn basic digital skills, how to use communication tools safely and effectively, and how to use work tools such as Microsoft Offices.
